Great House, lovely neighborhood

Everything I needed was provided, including a fenced in backyard. The house is charming, the furnishings lovely and fresh—and perfectly suiting the character of the house. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Home away from home!
Publié le 20 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe drove from Texas and upon our arrival we quickly realized this was our little home away from home! It was neat and clean with a big backyard for the kids to play and a cute front porch for hanging out and catching up. I had a few questions here and there and the Property Manager was quick to respond and very kind. The location couldn't be anymore perfect either; it's close enough to everything but still in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We, definitely, will be staying here again in the future!

Comfortable classic home

Nice little place

Bed bugs

Kayla, we take claims like this seriously and would like to clarify the items mentioned in your review:-The homeowners immediately had a professional team investigate the property for bed bugs or any other critters. The technicians did not find any evidence of bed bugs or pests, and this report was forwarded to Evolve as evidence. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home-We recently installed a new refrigerator and as the one removed was still in great condition, we placed it in the backyard to be moved to storage. However, this did not take place until after your stay. Additionally, we built a new six-foot wooden fence around the whole backyard so guests have more privacy and there was a small trailer with some leftover wood from the fence build. All items have been removed from the backyard and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have causedThank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns. We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!
