et surtout un établissement recommandé par la reception STELLA'S KITCHEN & BAKERY, à 1 minute à pied sert un petit déjeuner exceptionnel, à tester absolument, arriver avant 9H du matin en particulier le dimanche car beaucoup d'affluence. Très bonne adresse.
L'hotel déco chic, chambre vraiment confortable, spacieuse, très propre.
Personnel à l'écoute. Princess travaillant à la reception accueil très professionnel.
Manque peut être une piscine !
Mais à très bon hotel malgré tout.

This really minor, but no extra cups in bathroom. The only cups in the room were for coffee. Bathroom very small.

The best part of this Doubletree was the staff. All our staff interaction from the front desk to the restaurant was wonderful and friendly. Conveniently located in downtown Billings it is walkable to explore downtown.
There was recent parking lot construction that we didn't know about and couldn't park in the lot. Normally would not be an issue and we would park in the parking garage but we had kayaks on top of our vehicle. So that was a challenge to find parking nearby but the security staff walks the perimeter of the property to watch over guest vehicles which is great.
The lobby is clean and modern, however the elevators had a faint smell of smoker residue, which we found in the room as well. The rooms look like they need a good renovation as well. The carpet and the bathroom especially. But it wasn't horrible. The beds were clean and comfy with various firmness of pillows provided. The top floor restaurant has spectacular views of the city. And the food both for dinner and breakfast was amazing!

Loved the hotel. Very nice staff, I loved my room which was very clean, spacious and with a nice bathroom. great walkable downtown area.

Parking was difficult; driving into entrance impossible due to 1 way. First checking in took along time. At one time, 3 people working at desk would not acknowledge my presence for over 2 minutes. No one else was in line!
