In the end the hotel made things right and I appreciate that.
After a long drive we arrived late and had an early flight the following day. We unpacked and went to shower to find the shower doors would not open. They moved our room but there were some other errors with that too, I appreciate hotel management working to remedy the situation as best they could.

Booked on Hotels.com and paid before arriving. Upon arrival hotel could not find reservation. It was an hour before hotel called and said they had found reservation. This was unacceptable after driving 12 hours and wanting to relax. The worst part about this hotel is they could have easily remedied the situation with a gift card or discount upon check-in, very poor service as nothing was offered upon a 1-hour delayed check-in. I will never rebook this hotel despite travelling through Billings, MT frequently.

Loved on Wed nights they had soup and salad from 5-7pm. So nice after a long trip and not wanting to figure out dinner.

Love this place
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThis is the fifth or sixth time we have stayed at this hotel in past 2 years ... we have stayed in 10 to 12 other Billings hotels prior to finding this, and none compare. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly including large courtyard outside breakfast area .. some people bring their dogs to brunch. Very clean, rooms are well done (we always take a king suite with separate bedroom), kitchenette well stocked, they have games and a billiard room and a large array of snacks. Buffet breakfast is consistently excellent. Pool and hot tub very nice. Most of all, staff make you feel like you are home away from home. Easy access to I90. 5 stars all around. Will go back soon.
