Decent stay. Good breakfast
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was in a great location for us to see the hot air balloons but the tub was dirty and the slide for the pool was $5 a kid and I have 3 kids.. the breakfast was good but we couldn't bring it to our room.

Friendly staff but horrible environment
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was filthy. It stunk. Nobody cleans it. People there trying to sell drugs. They charge too much for a terrible environment. The lady at the counter was very nice though. The only reason review gets 2 stars is because of the lady’s friendliness.

The room was dirty, especially the floors. We had hardwood floors that were filthy. The hallway carpet was filthy had dirt and debris on the steps. We had to change rooms because our air conditioning wasn't working.

Water slide was nice for our grandson and poll area was very clean
Rooms were modest but OK. Noise level was high.

Dont use the toilet paper
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsHotel is out dated. It needed to be cleaned. My husband went to ask for an extra blanket and the front desk guy brought it down. I happened to be in the restroom where it felt like you had to fall on the floor to sit on the toilet. I found the toilet paper a what looked like new roll nasty. My husband handed to the desk clerk and all he had to say "Thats great" he didnt apologize for the inconveniences.
The beds are hard and you can feel the springs. There are light switches that dont work and they have tried to repaint.
Overall decided we would not stay again.

DONT NOT STAY HERE!!! UNSAFE for YOU and ESPECIALLY CHILDREN!! Avoid at ALL COST. OPEN NEEDLES, BLOOD SPLATTER AND STAINS. Booked a non smoking 2 queen bedroom and it smelled it horrible! Urine smells and dirty stained toilets. All pictures they posted about the hotel are not accurate as they advertise. My family and I currently fighting to get a refund. The owner Nasima is so rude and basically told us that it’s not her job to up keep that place and won’t refund us our money. Filed a complaint with local health services and they had multiple complaints. We will be filing more against them.

Okay for a night but price a bit high
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsPaid 5 dollars for each one of my kids to play on the waterslide. Other children did not have wristbands. Ice machine in building A does not work no sign on it to let you know either you must go to building c down a long hallway to get ice. 3 towels for 2 queen vbeds and a family of 5 glad I brought our own. Paid 110 with hotel.com one key cash would have been 138. At most should have been 75 for the night. Did not have breakfast so cant speak for what wt consists.
