While I didnt actually stay here the staff at the front was super nice and understanding. We were travellimg through on three day driving trip and I booked through Expedia and I was ripped off by Expedia and if I had gone syraight to the hotel in the beginning they probably would have been more helpful. Definitely learned my lesson. The friendly staff was the sellimg point because evn if I was tired and frustrated they didnt lose their temper with me which I very much appreciate.

Stayed here just because I needed a place to sleep. The parking lot was sketchy, people who weren’t staying there wandering around, dirty and there was no grass for dogs. What there was for non paved areas was covered in trash. The day we left the elevator was out of order, fun carrying your luggage down from the 6th floor, with a dog. At least it worked the night before when we were going up.

Lindsey, we are sorry you did not know about the construction at our hotel. We alerted our partner site of the situation and asked them to post it. We hope you and others will enjoy staying with us as we progress with the restoration of our property. We plan on providing a proper pet area and attractive surroundings.
