It was the most disgusting place I've ever seen we only stayed one night and left I can't believe they rent rooms/in business with the way it is I have pic's of our room,hallwall,outside I want my money back for this disgusting experience we had to indoor due to this place & Expedia for helping us get this hotel and waisted our money and had to go to another hotel so we had to pay for 2 hotels which is totally wrong do to Expedia/ motel 6

Do not stay here. People standing all over the place. It appears that some people live here. Very dirty and felt unsafe.

Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe both rooms they tried to give us were unsanitary! Garbage and bodily fluids all over bathroom's. Fights and witnessed unlawful acts in parking lot. We left at 9pm and found a safe and clean place. It should be inspected and condemned! Persuing refund of $90 of HELL

I enjoyed my stay this weekend. The front desk lady was on point. That's customer service. It was a dump before but she said they was fixing it up.

Went to check in after securely booking our room, only to find out that the room we had booked wasn’t available. Waited for over an hour for them to find a housekeeper to clean a room. It was midnight when we arrived at the property. Ended up just leaving and going to a different hotel, as we were traveling with children that were tired. Room they were “cleaning” at midnight seemed to have random people just hanging out in it. This same couple then proceeded to start doing repairs in the lobby at midnight as well. Definitely will not be staying at this property ever again. The hotel we ended up going to stated they receive guests from this property daily with the same issues.

Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWhen we arrived the front desk said that the room was just being checked to ensure it was ready. The desk clerk said that the room was ready except the one bed didn’t have a blanket as it was being washed. We went to the room and found that the remote control to the TV was missing, and the TV itself couldn’t show anything except “No Signal”. Called the front desk and advised them that the TV wasn’t working, the remote was missing, and that we were still waiting for a blanket. Remote was delivered and that was the last we saw or heard from the staff. TV still said no signal, no blanket all night, shower tap spouting water all over the floor. General maintanence of the premises was abysmal.
