We arrived at this property later in the night as we had expected. I parked right next to other cars and needed to tend to my child who was sleeping in their car seat. The attendant who was working came out and told us we can’t park there, I explained I was fixing something with my child, and he just grunted and said we couldn’t park there. So I shut the door and moved and then fixed her. I then went inside and explained my stay, the attendant was rude when explaining the stay. He then asked for the license plate, which I had forgotten and told him it was a rental so I’d have to go get it. He explained he’d let it slide just this one time and I should appreciate what he’s doing. We finally get to go to the room, and the door to the outside which was supposed to be locked was left unlocked. The room was as expected. Although there was no extra toilet paper. If I hadn’t paid in advance. I would have went somewhere else. Do not stay here.

As the one working that night, and the only male that works the desk, I would have been the one that did all this and I can guarantee you that I did not at all tell anyone they couldn't park anywhere there were other vehicles parked unless you were blocking somebody in or were parked in areas that are off-limits like the fire zones or under the awning at the front of the building. If you left your vehicle sitting somewhere for too long, I would have asked why you were still there, not just grunt at you. I would never have told someone to move while they were dealing with their child. I also would have never told any guest that they should "appreciate" the fact we didn't force you to get the LP #. That's absolutely insane and is not how I would have handled that situation. The outside doors are locked at 2am and unlocked again at 4:30-5 AM, every day. I don't understand why you thought lying or creatively over-exaggerating the circumstances about all this was a good idea, Mr. Niko.

Overall good facility. The carpet, specifically the hallways, smelled of old water. Almost a urine stench. Carpet looked old in these areas
