Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice as was the bathroom. We were surprised by how comfortable the bed was. Dining options were not great, we ate at Bubba Gumps and the food and service was subpar.

The Golden Nugget is a fine casino and hotel if you are a smoker. The desk person told me upon check in that I would be charged a fee if I smoked in the room. Come to find out the rooms are the only place in the resort that doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke. The room was clean and nice but as soon as you walked out the door the smoke smell hit you

Non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Water from shower and lavatory had a sewage smell. Curtain was dirty. Furniture was very dusty. Air conditioner vent caked with dust. Called desk about room being dirty and lady was rude and kept repeating “no room service for the amount of days you’re staying. Only clean every 4 days. Charge resort fees without resort amenities.

Golden Nugget Rocks!
This was just an overnighter. They also had EV Charging which we took advantage of. Lost some $ in the casino so that paid for the free charging. Great location. Good food. It’s a casino, so everything but the room was a tad expensive. Overall it was worth the stop over.

The rooms are not clean. Lamps broken, clock broken, no electrical charging outlet working, very loud and the entire property smells like an old ashtray. Will not stay there again.

My last stay at the Golden Nugget was in Vegas in 2018. The Biloxi property is similar in decor. The fixtures were worn out. When turning on the shower the handle came off in our hands. Although I told the front desk nothing was done in the 3 days we were there. Also, the balcony had cigarette butts on it, including in an open Pepsi bottle. Yuck.

We got a VIP upgraded room which was amazing & a great view! The bed & pillows were so comfortable! I want them for my house. Just didn’t have enough time there to enjoy it all! Thanks Expedia for an amazing price.
