We enjoyed staying at the property, however we wasn’t aware that it was kid friendly with a bunch of loud teenagers running and playing in the hallways. We were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary and was not aware that it did not have a Casino on the property. Our last visit was when there was a Casino at Margaritaville. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and will definitely visit again only next time we’ll bring our Grandkids. Things noticed: The carpets need a GOOD CLEANING on the room hallway floors, Inside the rooms, lobby, & outside mats.

Great location! Family friendly& wonderful staff in all areas of the property. Enjoyed the food & drinks in restaurants & Lost Key Bar. Big shout out to the Margaritaville Coffee Shop staff- great coffee, snacks & service. Can’t say enough great things about it. Location is a quick trip to Ocean Springs & surrounding casinos if you want to gamble. Non smoking improperly is a big plus! Love the Margaritavile vibes too - music & theming.

The bed pillows were square and hard like couch pillows. Above the picture frames were dusty and had roach poop on some of the surfaces. The shower pressure kept fluctuating and would scald in between fluctuations. Only furnished one small bar of soap and of the three shampoo, body wash and conditioner pumps in the shower only the shampoo one worked. The coffee maker was the smallest and junkiest one I’ve ever seen. It had a cheap flimsy disposable tray that held the 1/2 dollar size coffee pack but the flimsy tray was too small and would fall out the coffee pot. You had to wedge the oversized paper cup under it at an angle in order to hold the tray with the coffee pack from falling out. No microwave in the room. The only vending machine for the hotel room was on the 10th floor. The staff was nice the hotel had plenty of covered parking and carts to to assist hauling your luggage from car to room. Elevators were plentiful and there was seldom a wait. This hotel is a resort with lots of kid amusements and these are very pricey but plenty to do. The check in is on the 10th floor not the ground floor which was confusing. If you are wanting just a comfortable room without all the amusements this place ranks near the bottom for the expensive price. The hotel is geared for the kids amusement varieties and activities and not fir creature comforts of their rooms. Would not stay here again unless we had kids to entertain.
