Best Stay & Resort!
The resort and everything about it was great! Customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I felt safe there because the staff checked everyone’s ids and made sure they were going to their correct designated rooms! The rooms were comfortable and made me feel at home. There were several amenities that were convenient! I loved that they had several restaurant options to choose from at the resort. The resort was also close to all other things you would want to do! I’ll definitely be returning to Scarlet Pearl!

Loved this hotel!
We loved everything! The staff were all so nice and helpful. The room was extremely clean. Everything was perfect. The restaurants had great food and the casino had lots of machines to chose from. We were traveling with our truck and boat and they had a safe place for us to park with security so we felt very secure and safe being there. I will definitely be coming back to stay here!

One of the nicest spots in Biloxi. The property is well maintained and the room was super clean. The only issue we had was cigarette smoke coming through our vents and it was overwhelming at times. We were on a nonsmoking floor.

This was a quick over night stop so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Just disappointed in lack of food options late at night/early morning for people who may have a different schedule then most.

The place needed updated everything! Smoke was not easily removed from air to the point our no smoking room had so much smoke from other rooms we had to leave the next morning and lost our prepaid hotel charge even tho I had booked thru hotel.com Food not good to me and very dinky inside compared to all casinos we have stayed in becore. Extremely dissatisfied and greatly disappointed..no reason to go here at all . Go to Miami, or Vegas or New York …bad experience
