Cockroach inside villa.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
But the property needs maintenance.

Service was noticeably good which made the stay very enjoyable
Villa’s are large and comfortable not 6* but very acceptable the pool was great

18년전에 방문했을때 너무 좋은 기억이라 다시 찾았습니다. 그때 모습그대로 변함없이 아름다운 빌라였습니다. 그런데 오래된 만큼 노후된 부분은 보이는 것은 어쩔 수 없었네요.

Publié le 7 janv. 2019 sur Hotels正直なところ建物・設備は古いが、主要なところは清潔にメンテナンスしてあり、そこまで気にならない。朝食は残念なレベル。スタッフのサービスに問題なく、プライベートプールのコンディションは良好、無料でつくカートは非常に便利。総合的には、やはり前述の古さ等から宿泊料の高さが否めず、リピートするかというと考えどころ。

Seaview pool villa
Publié le 2 sept. 2018 sur ExpediaVilla has a nice view but that was it. WiFi broke down twice and the hotel was definitely showing its age. Maintenance and attention to detail was also lacking.

We have plans to refurbish the villas and we are constantly looking to upgrade our property, which we have completed our renovation projects at Mayang Sari Beach Resort in 2018. We are committed to providing the best in facilities and service; to this end, we will be investing additional capital to update the resort as well as other areas of the property.
