Petit déjeuner au choix et complet. Villa très proche de la plage. Le complexe resort était désert à cette période de l’année

Everything was good. My second stay here and recommended my family to stay over too as their first time. Service was good but housekeeping could definitely be much better. There were things thrown away but not replaced and some amenities like glasses/plates were not available in our room. Even after asking, we did not receive them, but that was okay, I guess since our stay was short.

Room lack basic ammenities eg no cup n glass. When request did not send a complete set eg without teaspoon.

Loved this place.. The room is very clean. Room service is great
The only downside is... The in house massage is terrible. They just. Briefly go through the whole body for 3min for each part the body. We ordered a 90mins massage

Check in timing can be improved. We waited till 2.20pm to get our room but other than that. Everything was pleasant. Staff is friendly and helpful

We were greeted by the reception and the staff tried giving us an early check-in as we reached the villa early. Lucky for us, our villa was ready at 12.30 pm. The interior of the villa is nice. Private swimming pool to our own. The living room was separated from the sleeping area. However, we did not stay out in the living room much as it was too hot and there were too many mosquitos. BBQ is also available in the villa but can be quite pricey but the portion is decent. Breakfast is also served in the villa and there are plenty of options to choose from.
There is a free ride to and fro from the ferry terminal and the drivers are very polite and would recommend you to places in Bintan to enjoy. However, getting around the Island could be quite costly as there are no grab or gojek services there for customers to enjoy. You can only look for the villa cab to bring you around the island if you want to go out of the villa.
There are not many activities for you to do near the resort as the shopping plaza there has closed due to COVID-19 and you can only play the water activities at the beach if the sea condition is good. Warung Yeah restaurant nearby is good and affordable if you wish to try the local food.
All in all, a decent location to stay at but there might be nothing to do in the area at night.
