1st day I stayed in room 2211 the aircon is not functioning well. I asked to transfer to room 2506 but the TV condition is rather poor and shower area is floated

Good stay & best price for short business visit
Publié le 5 oct. 2023 sur HotelsArrived hotel and requested for early check in on 4th Oct around 10am. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful with my request. He politely advised the room not ready and after few minutes he called me from the lobby and found the suitable room but asking whether am I okay with smoking floor. So, managed to check in earlier than expected. Room was tidy and good stay! Thanks to reception guy which I forgot his name but he shall get a salary raise for his politeness. Keep it up!

purely business-oriented hotel, dirty cups

Walls are thin and you can hear the neighbouring room opening and closing doors/taking shower.
The room clearly needs maintenance and cleaning. They gave only two sachets of (2) sugar and creamer, and provide a price list for more. What is really unacceptable is the cups are dirty and stained brown.
Its attached to a dead mall and not within easy walking distance of anything interesting
Stayed only for a night, I would not recommend.
