New and modern dream vacation home for families by the sea

In our stylish and cozy beach house, only approx. 50 meters from the beach and the sea, you can let your mind wander and feel at home.
Our holiday home belongs to the "Aparthotel Ostsee" holiday complex and is located directly on the beach promenade 6.
You can walk through the aparthotel from your holiday home and cross the street directly and here the beach begins with section four.
Your beach chair is located directly at the sea.
You need about 50 meters from the beach chair to the fridge in the house to be able to supply yourself with cold drinks or treats.

The beach chair is your garden, it couldn't be nicer ... :-)

Our house easily accommodates 4 - 6 guests and children are always welcome anytime.
If you want to come with a dog, please ask us.

Our accommodation was lovingly redesigned in February 2016.
It has about 90 square meters on two floors.
We have completely redesigned everything for you and your dream vacation and the holiday home meets the highest demands.

The house has two complete bedrooms with large box spring beds.
The living room is at ground level and has a comfortable sofa bed.

You have access to all rooms in the house.
Except for the small storage room at the top in the middle of the two bedrooms - this is locked.

During the stay, our service team Julia is at your side and will also hand over the keys to you.


You can pay a laundry package for 15 € pp, which
-1 towel
-1 shower towel
-1 bath mat
-1 complete bed linen and sheet set included.

The city tax is not included in the price and must be paid on site

The bed would be freshly made when you arrive and the towels are ready.

If you want to take laundry yourself, you need a 180cmx200cm for one bed and a 160cmx200cm bed sheet for the other bed.
The duvets have the standard dimensions 135cmx200cm and 80cmx80cm.
If you want to cover the sofa, you need a sheet of 180cmx200cm.

For all children:
We got plastic children's cutlery and plates especially for you.
There is also a high chair and a cot, which you can use for free.


The visitor's tax and the money for the final cleaning and the laundry package (optional) are paid directly at the handover of the keys.

Since we have set up our house for you with as much love and time as possible, we would like to ask you to leave the house as you found it.
Please deal with things as if they were your property - then everyone will benefit from it for a long time.
If you are looking for a party house to celebrate excessively, we would like to ask you to use another house.
Since you have no neighbors and the house is in the parking lot, you can certainly turn on the music or the TV a little louder in the evening :-)

We have a large parking lot right by the house.
In Binz there are no free parking spaces anywhere (except at the main train station)
- with us you have the luxury to park right in front of your house and this second row to the beach.
Bulky purchases and spontaneous trips are no problem for you thanks to the free parking lot right on your doorstep.

Next door is the Grand Hotel - there you can for 30 p in bad weather. P. insert a wellness day. The hotel also has a great breakfast buffet.

Directly 100 meters on the right is the great restaurant "the beach hall" and another 50 meters in the same direction is the oldest fish smokehouse with a unique terrace right on the dune - beautiful :-)

The nature reserve is only 200 meters away from our house.

The Binz pier is only 450 meters from the house.

To the beach you go directly 50 meters to exit 4.
The beach chair is available free of charge from May to the end of September.

You can of course also easily reach Binz with the DB. You walk 15 minutes from the train station and you're in the house happy time.
