The property was dirty outside the room. Inside was not the nicest, the room had paint on the floor and the night light had so much dust on it I had to laugh. We reserved the room on Travelocity for 81 dollars and when we got there it was 141.00 Never again

The room was clean, which is most important. The beds were comfortable. It was a plain Jane room, but what can you expect for the very cheap price. It served our purpose.

The stay at the place was decent. It was clean. We didn’t have no kind of TV reception. We couldn’t get any channels of the net. It was OK but the fireplace didn’t light up either and the phone didn’t work trying to call the front office either.

Dead bugs

The property was clean once it was found...VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND WITH NO SIGNAGE. Check in was actually at the Best Western and this was not clear at all!

Hotels.com disappoint

The room we were assigned was not clean, and the beds looked slept in and stains. We asked if we could change to another hotel they had on sight. they said we would have to cancel this booking with Hotels.com first. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact you. Not happy.. and very disappointed with Hotels.com. The office assigned us a different room. We had no choices.
