The facility and check-in staff were fine. The breakfast was better than average. Our bathroom was fairly clean, but needed more attention in most of the corners.

The staff on this property is excellent! We had to switch rooms because of unforseen circumstance. They did everything in their power to make it as painless as possible. They did a great job and all ended well and everyone had fun! The staff on this property is top-notch! My wife suffers from anxiety and gets really anxious when something unforeseen happens. My wife was upset and they were still very kind and patient! My wife being upset had nothing to do with them I want to make that perfectly clear. I would like to personally think Chelsea at the front desk for helping our stay to be stress-free! This is a very understanding and compassionate staff! You all should be proud of yourself!

Construction on the roadway outside the hotel made the hotel hard to get to, and construction during the night kept us up late. Otherwise the hotel, staff, complimentary breakfast
And amenities were good

Our stay at Hampton Inn at Birch Run was very good. Staff was great good breakfast, clean room.
I do miss the house keeping each day on a multiple night stay.

This is a very nice Hampton Inn. We stayed here while we were visiting Frankenmuth. It was about a 10 minute drive to there which made it very convenient. We stayed for three nights and the only thing I didn't like was that we had to keep going to the front desk for towels and I caught up with someone in housekeeping one day and asked if i could give her our dirty towels because they were piling up with 4 people. She gladly took them. The breakfast was very nice in the mornings. The gentleman that runs that area is very efficient and keeps the breakfast area very clean. The pool was a little disappointing. You could smell the chlorine as soon as you can in the front door and despite it being an indoor pool the water was freezing. Overall we would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
