Construction on the roadway outside the hotel made the hotel hard to get to, and construction during the night kept us up late. Otherwise the hotel, staff, complimentary breakfast And amenities were good

Nice quiet and clean hotel. I was surprised there wasn't a microwave in the room. I didn't need one, just surprised there wasn't one. Overall experience was great.

Well kept. No cleaning after first night. Hand soap dispenser inaccessible- very high on the wall and hard to reach.

Not pet friendly

Check in was easy, was disappointed when the pool was out of service due to broken lights previous guests ruined. This hotel says it’s dog friendly and as a family we had 3 rooms adjacent to each other and at the end of the hallway. 5 minutes into my brother leaving his room he got a call that his dog is being loud. I was in the room across the hall and his dog was not making any noises. The next morning, he got a call saying all night they got complaints of the dog, again the dog was silent and we were in the room by 9pm. He was told to leave so we all left. I don’t know who was complaining since he was at the end of the hall and my family had the room across from him and next to him and not once heard his dog. It was ver mishandled and we called corporate to let us leave and get a refund for the day we did not stay. They also had bad attitude when asked if any updates on the pool. Poor attitude by 2 of the 3 people we spoke with, and clearly not pet friendly if all they are going to do complain about your quiet dog
