Publié le 9 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThe description of the accommodation is inaccurate and misleading. There is no kitchen within the accommodation itself, there is a shared kitchen.
The furniture was of very poor quality, especially the mattress which was also stained.
The shower drain was blocked.
There was nowhere to store clothes other than four hangers.
The carpet was stained.
The bedding was cheap and poor quality.
The crockery and cutlery provided was cheap and mismatched.
The entrance hallway smelled.
Worst of all there was an EXTREMELY LARGE DRIED BOGEY stuck on the wall.
The neighbourhood was also rundown.

Booked, paid, got told they couldn’t accommodate the first 2 days, had to fight for a refund of those 2 days but kept the rest of the booking. On the day of check in got no check in details, called and got told they couldn’t accommodate 5 days, canceled rest of booking. They said it’s a problem with Expedia specifically

There is no bar for the towels, there is no closet for your clothes, there was no shelf by the bathmirror, the showerhead should be replaced. The rest was in good condition and oke.

Charged for things unfairly! Horrible experience!
Publié le 8 nov. 2021 sur HomeAwayI was charged for sink coming off the wall that was like that at arriving. Also charged for smoking in the room but no one smoked in that room. Very loud children above us when there is a no children allowed policy. Check in was do it yourself. Did not get online DO IT YOURSELF check in service. As I travelled internationally I did not get ANY emails before I left fot this trip. I would recommend considering staying elseate/

Serious misrepresentations were made as it was discovered that, although the property was booked by a Diane Yarbrough (female), it was occupied by a different person (male) who had not registered as a guest. Acting on reports of missing parcels from neighboring guests, we were prompted to investigate and inspect all the rooms in the property. We were shocked to find that the missing parcels were in the unit that had been booked by Diane Yarbrough and no valid explanation was given by the occupant as to why the parcels were in his possession.
Upon inspection of the premises after check-out, our team confirmed that the occupant had been smoking in the property despite it being a non-smoking unit. There was also significant damage made to the bathroom sink and shower door. These damages and violations shall be charged accordingly.
Because of this, we strongly advise against accepting future bookings from this guest.

But actual apartment was ok however not all the cutlery was clean and there was only a little toilet roll in the bathroom
