Mostly satisfied.
My mobile is Japanese one, so I couldn't call by my phone.
I had sent a message about this ploblem, but no reply.
Luckily, one of customers helped me to call.
Anyway, I enjyoed my stay.

We needed somewhere for a night's stay in Coventry City Centre and were pleased with these serviced apartments. They were well situated with parking very close by and with easy access to the city. It was easy to check in and the member of staff we met was helpful. The apartment was clean but a little tired and we were a bit disappointed with the bare minimum of kitchen equipment-few plates, cups etc. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was lovely. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
