Friendly and efficient staff at check in and check out, all necessary information given without having to ask, quick checkout with receipt emailed straight away, perfect. Easy parking. Lovely spacious room and spotless, I was really impressed with the cleanliness.

Service is 5* and especially recommend Victoria
I am a regular and only stay in this hotel when in Birmingham. The service is amazing and especially Victoria is such a kind, helpful, friendly and lovely member of staff. She allowed us to check in early and was very reassuring and sorted out a fridge for our room. Rooms are extremely clean, and it’s always a pleasant experience. We do miss the pool though, but gym is a bonus. Highly recommend

We booked in late due to a difficult situation with our previously booked accommodation. Check in was smooth, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless with beautiful products available. Breakfast was delicious and my gluten allergy was well accounted for.
