Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed the space of the place; it was clean, and the host was very responsive. It could use a better couch it was rather uncomfortable, and the pillows could use an upgrade (a bit hard and flat). Just those minor tweaks could make it better.

Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe arrived on Wednesday night. We loved the tiny house. Very welcoming! The little house had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. It had a washing machine. So I was able to go home with clean laundry. Loved all the artwork. The neighborhood was in the middle of a revitalization that was the only negative I can think of.

We respect your opinion on your stay with us, but we do not understand the four stars on communication and house rules.
You never once reached out to me. I never missed a message from you or any of my guest. We are superhost.
In addition, you had unapproved guest that you didn’t mention to us and didn’t pay for. The messages prior to arrival ALL state if your guest count changes to please inform us and it explains how we charge. Our listing explains it as well.
If you didn’t like the house rules you didn’t have to book and give us a 4 on it. It’s simple. Don’t smoke inside, don’t have a party, and don’t have visitors. Nothing out of this world.

Stay in Birmingham
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was exactly as described. Had a bit of a problem with the deadbolt but the owner was responsive to my concern. Property was close to groceries and restaurants. And scooters were plentiful to ride around downtown. All in all a perfect rental for me!
