The reason for choosing a Spa hotel is to have relaxing time to unwind. When we went to use the facilities we could not relax as the no. of children that were in the pool was ridiculous they were screaming, shouting and jumping in the pool. After 10min Myself and my wife got out and thought we would ask at reception when the quieter times are as the amount of children in there. We were told there is no quiet times as in was a bank holiday weekend. I believe this should be accounted for and have an adult only hour in the morning and afternoon. Myself and my wife like a cocktial but we only ordered one as the taste was awful the expresso Martini was sweet and watery there was little coffee flavour. The bar tender brought this to the table save me waiting at the bar which is normal when making cocktails, little did I know your bar tenders do not make the cocktails they are out of a bottle, but you are charging the same prices as one that would be properly made. The room we had 315 we could not close the window as no aircon in room and the weather was warm, but the music and the bar was load on the Sat Night until around 1.30 - 2am. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Nice hotel conveniently placed for Merry Hill shopping and the canal side bars and restaurants. Clean and well appointed with spacious rooms

It is not a cheap hotel and just did not live up to the price. Reception was not at all welcoming, very basic process the customer as they arrive. Are twice in the restaurant and one of the staff made up for all the others, made us feel very welcome but she was the only one. I got grilled corn on the cob that was ice cold. A glass of wine that didn’t arrive until we had finished eating. Just very average.
