It was nasty, pillows weren’t changed, sheets had crumbs in between them! The shower was disgusting. One top of all of that, the lotion bottle was opened when we walked in the bathroom and there was barely anything in it so I know it wasn’t changed. Also, the room was 80 degrees when we walked in!

I’m very sorry about this issues you stated happened during your stay.Our guests mean a lot to us, and we'd like to resolve this for you ASAP. Everything was good, room was clean. Only issue was that the breakfast was out of eggs, sausage, bacon. Only had potatoes. Had to leave and eat somewhere else. One of the reasons we booked there was for free breakfast.
