The staff have been very nice every year we have stayed. The bathrooms could use an update. Tiles are cracking, the toilet lids dont fit properly and the wallpaper is a little worn. Otherwise it is pretty clean

The staff was WONDERFUL. The hotel is very convenient to UAB Hospital where my sister-in-law is admitted and in critical condition.

I was disappointed that I was charged for gratuity I was on there for 8 hours. I didn’t ask for anything nor did I ask for assistance in carrying my overnight bag, did not eat the continental breakfast.

Our room was big and spacious! Clean as a whistle and the staff was EXCELLENT! The front desk staff at check in and throughout the stay was the friendliest I have ever seen! This is my second stay here and I highly recommend it. The Bistro food was good.
