Poor quality and service
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsAir conditioning didn’t work. Smoke alarm went off at 3 am & hotel staff didn’t know what to do. We took it off the wall. Room smelled moldy. Definitely not worth what we paid. Not going back here when we are in the area.

Thank you for your feedback, I have let maintenance know about your Air conditioning in your room and they have fixed the issue.

My room reeked of mildew to the point I turned the air off and kept all of my clothes in my suitcase so they wouldn’t smell.
I was never able to get more than like warm water for the shower no matter where I put the nozzle or how long I waited.
We will not be coming back.

It's clear the people working here work hard to make the guest experience as pleasant as possible. Public areas were well-maintained, and the courtyard had a pleasant atmosphere. The gym equipment needs some maintenance and updating, but it certainly isn't the worst gym I've used. The HVAC system for parts of the building struggle against the humidity; my room was fine, but a coworker's room on the opposite side of the building was musty. Similarly, my hot water was fine, but theirs was non-existent.
