Really nice clean modern hotel. We booked it as we were attending a show at the Symphony Hall and the hotel was ideal being just a 5 minute walk away. The Bullring shopping centre is around 10-15 minute walk. Parking is easy and is around £17 a day, payable via a QR code on exit. Our Double air conditioned room was spacious with a giant comfy bed. It was clean and modern. Only minor negative point was the small bath and shower which didn't leave much room for manoeuvring. Check in took about 30 seconds. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Only in the hotel for a night but would recommend and return in a heartbeat.

The room and hotel was very nice and have used this hotel and chain a a nu.ber of times. The lounge in the evening had not food left when we arrived a 6.20. The staff member said it had gone and their was no more. This was poor for the price room and from previous stays

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. It was close to the city centre. The water pressure was extreme, and the room comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the staff there were super friendly. Thank you!

Great staff

The service was great, the children were gifted colouring packs on arrival. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast service was amazing, i have coeliac disease and the staff in the morning talked me through everything that was safe to eat and had some items prepared in the kitchen and bought out which was great service. We plan to come back in the new year.
