No A/C
Posted Aug. 11, 2024 on HotelsI booked 3 rooms. 1 for my wife and I, 2 for in-laws, 3 for my sister’s family. Our room was fine and no problems but my in-laws had to change room due to a/c not working. Also my sister had to change rooms due a/c not working and their room’s floor was wet

The hotel and rooms are very nice. We have stayed there before and chose to again. However, they now charge for parking which to me is excessive. Not sure we will stay here again as a result.

Very nice hotel, but not very friendly

The property was very nice. I thought the shower was odd it had a track or something in the middle that was awkward. There was not any shsmpoo even though the bottle appeared full it would not pump. There was not a mat for the floor and the shower splashed from underneath the curtain

Trashcan out font needs to empty more. Often, lobby needs trash cans , breakfast needs to be hotter gravy was cold for the biscuits

The bathroom door didn't have a lock, weird.
Also if you slide the door too much, it opens a 2 inch gap. between the wall and door. Also the ceiling had water damage, which means there are some leaks, which probably would explain a very high humidity in my room.
Also I book the room for 222.00 and was charged 265.00 at the check out. Don't think will be using the hotel again.
