We thank you for taking the time to leave a review, but in all fairness, your review lacks truthfulness and clarity. This is our first two star review from all the years and thousands of people we have hosted. This unit has two bathrooms. One bathroom is larger because the room connected to it has two beds. The other bathroom is smaller because it is meant for one bedroom. The shower is a standard size and so is the size of the restroom. You would be the first to complain after thousands of reservations to say the bathroom was too small. Everyone raves about how big this unit is and how amazing the decor is, but you fault us on a bathroom? As far as safety, we have hosted thousands of people over the years and we have not once had any safety issue and we have five vrbo, two commercial units within the same location. We take safety seriously and don’t appreciate you falsely claiming there isn’t a deadbolt or that it doesn’t work. You must not be familiar with the area or took the time to get to know it. All of our locks work just fine and in the future if you are struggling with anything within the unit, please take time to reach out to your host. It does not help to leave it in a review. The guest love how quickly I respond. You could’ve just sent a quick message to me. You mentioned a guest had loud music, did you reach out to me so I could tell them to turn it down? No. We have noise sensors in our units and I haven’t had one go off in months. You may want to rent a house next time in the suburbs. Your unit has two doorways to enter and exit. Both have deadbolts. The door that you mentioned that does not have a lock on It is a door within your unit to help cool the unit and separate it from the stairwell. There is no need for it to have a lock as in the past when it had one people ended up locking themselves out of the unit. There’s a reason for everything we do and we do it well.
