I have stayed here 3 times now and intend to rebook again for next year.
This is a great location for the NEC. The house is about 3 minutes walk from the train station and the NEC is one stop away, the journey takes approximately 5 minutes to Birmingham International, right in the middle of the NEC.
The rooms are very comfortable and light with a good bed.
The large bathroom is very modern.
The breakfast is hard for me to comment on as I only have the delicious homemade muesli, but the cooked breakfast smells very good 😊.
Parking is easy.
There is a pub to eat, a quick walk down the road and a few minutes drive away, in Knowle, a good selection of places to dine.
Overall a great place to stay.

Please don't let the "shared bathroom" put you off staying here. The facilities were brand new and immaculate and I had a lovely hot bubble bath to ease away the aches and pains of a long day. There is also a walk in over head "rain" shower separate to the bath. Sheer luxury you don't often get in some hotels. Lovely comfortable bed too. 5* breakfast with masses of choice. An absolute Gem of a find.
