Per our conversation yesterday, we are very sorry other hotels have not returned your security deposit to you, but we did. You have sent us vulgar messages cussing at us since you were checked in, and when we asked what the problem was you told us you were mad because other hotels had not returned your deposit. You have also been reported to Expedia for your actions and asked not to communicate with the hotel due to your abusive nature and messages. All of this is why you are giving false reviews and you are banned from returning to our hotel.

Fine, but…

Second time staying here. Overall, the experience was fine but I had a discrepancy regarding the rate I was quoted and the amount on their registration form at check-in. I was dismissed. At check-out, I was also dismissed when I had asked for a receipt, saying that I had a discrepancy. It left a bad taste in my mouth, so I will think twice about staying a third time.

We are glad you had a good stay with us, but you were not dismissed you were informed that since you booked your reservation and paid through the third party we would not know exactly how much you paid and tat you would have to discuss your questions with the company you booked through. We also discussed how the amount we, the hotel, gets paid is lower than what you pay due to commissions being taken out. No one ever dismissed you. We discussed the rate issues you had and also how you could get a receipt for your stay from the company that you booked through since it was not us.

I liked the the clean environment. The morning breakfast. And the convenience of the shopping center. There was nothing I did not like about this Hotel.
