Idéalement placé en revanche le personnel au comptoir à peine aimable. Mieux pour le personnel du petit déjeuner. Les locaux commencent à être vétustes et parfois trop de queue au petit déjeuner.

hotel’s location is excellent in the city center and it’s convenient for travel purposes. It’s centrally located and close to transportation. Reception personnel were available and helpful

We are a family of 3 people but the room was not made up for 3 of us, had to pull the sofa bed out ourselves and ring reception for a quilt, only 2 mugs and glasses and 2 sets of towels. Considering such a massive hotel, menu was very limited so we had to go out for dinner, which we didnt want to do because of the recent stabbings and the area outside the hotel did not feel safe, had people asking us for money as soon as we were on the street. Also charged £14 for the car park which we didnt know about until after we'd booked and the info said £12, not £14. Were put on the 12th floor despite being told the hotel was half empty, which bothered my son as he doesnt like lifts. Shower and breakfast were lovely though. Will not be returning.

Room was clean on arrival. However, the bathroom had clearly been used by the cleaner as there were skidmarks in the loo and the smell still lingered in the air. The mattress was very dated and was very uncomfortable.
