Room was not serviced between days there. The fitness center was full of flies, broken equipment, missing weights. No shampoo. Not well

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was not very clean. The indoor pool area was nice. The water in the pool was dirty and the ceiling needed repair.

The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. As for the room there was no tissue (on back order), no clean towels even though they were asked for, the breakfast was not restocked when items were depleted s the attendant was out taking her children to school. In effect, the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at.

Rude front desk and hotel is nice

The hotel was fantastic but when my Husband checked in, the front desk ladies were very rude and asked him to wait until one of them clocks out for the night. They actually ignored him for the first 5 minutes while he was standing at the front desk, along with the two ladies, waiting to check in. There was no line of customers.

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and offered plenty of towels, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was adequate. The only complaints, no Splenda for sweetening coffee or tea and water pressure for the shower was too low.

Terrible Service

Stood at the front deck for 10 minutes before anyone assisted us. Once we got in the room had no TV remote. Floor was wet I front of the AC. Called desk to ask about a remote and to report the wet carpet. Was told would have to come down stars for remote and that they did not have another room for us. When we got up the next morning, the whole floor was soaking wet. Reported wet floor again and the lady at the deck said there was nothing they could do since I did not book directly through them. Breakfast was nasty.
