I love it very modern staff so friendly and helpful breakfast was very good and the servers was amazing the art work was beautiful it smelled very good I would definitely stay again

the 2 queen beds rooms are small. the elevators are small. the breakfast is not worth $18. wasted my money on parking ($30). and no microwave in the room. for what i paid for this hotel, i could have gotten a bigger room with 2 queen beds and a microwave. never will i take the city view, too noisy

The hotel overall was great but we arrived later in the evening and they gave our room away even though I checked in on the app, let them know I would be arriving later, and selected my room in the Hilton app. We were given another room but it did not meet our accommodation needs. Three people had to sleep in a king bed even though we booked two queens.

Not Great
Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed here 1 time earlier in the week and it was great. Unfortunately, the second time was not that great. I specifically booked a room that I knew would sleep 3 people (my parents and myself) and had a roll in shower for my mother who is disabled and in a wheelchair. When I arrived for checking around 9pm, they told me that the room I booked was not available. We got stuck in a room with 1 bed and no partial refund for the mess up. I had to have a roll away bed brought in which barely fit in the room. I was told that this was still a handicap accessible room, but it definitely was not. Yes, there was a roll in shower, but the bed was not lowered; my mom was not able to get into the bed as it was too high for her. My dad and I had to lift her in and out of the bed which was not ideal and dangerous.

One night stay. Not enough hand towels and and wash clothes in the room. Only one wash cloth and one face towel for two adults

Overall, decent place. Very clean, friendly, and accommodating. Only complaint was that the beds were not comfortable and made a terrible sound any time you moved.
