Dirty.

Front desk staff were rude and dismissive at check in. Rooms were both filthy. Carpets so dirty our feet were gross. Hallway carpets worse. One pillow on my bed was dirty and the pillowcase had not been washed. Dust everywhere. And the AC unit smelled like mold. Worse Hilton property I've ever visited. Will not return.

On arrival 2 employees were having a heated discussion. Hallways on the 4th floor were not clean at all. Loud dumpster noise at 0400 caused us to awake. And outrageous cost for breakfast which should have been included.

For the most part everyone was friendly , I had requested a late check out when initially booking but then when I called and asked I was told I would be charged an extra day for any checkout that was late.
