Good position by M5 easy to find easy parking and very welcoming receptionist even at 01.00am very pleased to find the bar open after a long drive and a chance to relax. In the morning there was a very good buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices very busy area..

Good value for money and comfortable

Friendly, helpful staff. Good hot breakfast with lots of variety. Comfortable bed. My only gripe is that there's only one power outlet in the room and it's the opposite side of the room from the bed. My wife and I like to sit in bed and use our computers and also charge our mobile phones near where we're sleeping.

Don’t accept family rooms on ground floor

The room provided to us didn’t have a smart tv and our friends who were staying in other room had it. Also the heating system wasn’t working and the room was cold all night. We did contact the desk and they weren’t much help (didn’t bother to come and look). Only suggested on the phone

Good hotel good price and convenient.

Check in was quick and friendly. The hotel was clean and smart. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was too firm for me so I did not get a good night sleep. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The location is very convenient .

Unfortunately, I never got to stay there because I had surgery for a ruptured appendix, which didn’t allow me to fly to England. I am definitely going to visit the Oldbury area as soon as I am able. Also, unfortunately, the hotel will not give me a credit for a future stay. Not very nice! I want to stay at this hotel when I visit! And that’s the truth!!!
