Stay was fine, staff friendly. breakfast items were over cooked, sausages crunchy on the outside, mushy and tasteless in the middle, bacon dry as old shoe leather, beans and scrambled eggs in a warming try that was far to hot, beans were drying out and egg was so dry it looked like bread crumbs.

Our team uses all feedback, good or bad, to improve our customer service skills and our overall guest experience.Our breakfast is IHG brand standard, which keeps things simple. Our team works hard to ensure that we cover everyone's pallet, but I can see that on this occasion we didn't achieve that. This feedback will be shared with the kitchen management team so that we can improve the food our hotel offers.
