I believe his name was Colby and the young lady desira. They work the day shift on Saturday Aug 31.
They provided excellent service. They friendly and professional. I wish I got their names right.

Overnight Trip
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HotelsEasy to find. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty to offer. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable but there were some short hairs in the shower. One of their fees is $15 for parking. There were not enough spaces in the lot when we stayed. There was a semi, a truck towing a vehicle and a commercial truck taking up spaces. We ended up parking directly in front of the hotel. They said it was okay. I would stay here again.

The staff was very nice upon arrival. We booked a king suite and it was spacious and had well appointed amenities. The floor had a few noticeable sticky spots where something had spilled in the kitchen area. The hubs and I were super tired as we drive 6 hours to Alabama each month for a child we are adopting. We barely slept. The mattress is sub par and the pillows are absolutely horrendous to sleep on, so flat. The manager should stay a night in the room to see if the mattress and pillows are up to Hilton standards. Suite 352 8/25/24.

My Favorite
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HotelsThis is the third hotel I’ve stayed in while visiting Birmingham and so far it has been my favorite. I now have a child attending UAB and will be visiting more often. Everything was so clean. Cody checked me in and was so nice and accommodating. I was comfortable the entire stay and will stay here from now on. An added bonus is that is us a 5 minute walk to the UAB campus.
