The property is in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast was lacking and we didn't eat there.

Hotels.com FAIL!!!
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe property was good - however the booking process was terrible. We searched for a specific location ahead of us, and had to backtrack quite a distance to get to this location. We felt scammed - we lost a lot of time and miles.

Publié le 27 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI wish I could say the problems were only with the room. As soon as I got there I was greeted with a double charge for the room I already booked. Luckily Hotels customer service sorted out the situation for me and I was refunded the second room charge (I was also charged deposit which was refunded as well)
The room was overall very dirty. Chairs had stuff smeared all over them. Walls were beat to hell. Covers stained all over.
I get it, this is a budget chain hotel but a little cleaning effort really goes a long way when it comes to a place for guests to stay. Invest in your property and you will see a difference in reviews.

You get what you pay for. It's older and could do with an update and good deep clean. It's a quiet property, bed was comfortable, and staff were friendly.
The room was a bit dirty and my room reaked of marijuana. There were dog paw prints on one bed spread, water stains on the ceiling, and very questionable reddish brown streaks on the bathroom wall.
