Publié le 11 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAlways good customer service. Can’t say the cleanliness of the hallways is great around 1st floor but room itself was great. Room I stayed in had a built in alarm call for about 5am when cages were being moved

This floor will soon be re furbished and the Hallway carpet replaced.I will also mention to our General Manager about the Laundry being collected so early this should not be the case.We do hope to see you again when next in the area.Kindest regardsGerryReception Team

Massive carpark and its free be sure to enter your registration plate at reception
Quick check-in all info given even a letter with it on.
Lift to all floors
My room was very compact size just big enough for one i guess.
Bed was super comfortable
WiFi was good
Shower hot and powerful
Breakfast not included but could add on if wanted
Evening meal was good
Simple menu but excellent value .
Free use of the leisure facilities
Location is on a house estate close to the motorway jct.
Close to a beautiful country park.
Would stay again if in the area

It is in fact awaiting the re fit of an Air conditioning unit and then a refurbishment once those works are done.
