Dont trust Hotels.com information
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HotelsHotels.com said the room has a queen bed and it did not. Talked to the hotel staff and there are no queen rooms at all, all rooms are doubles. This is bad and I only stayed one of the 2 nights I had booked. No fault of the hotel just this website. Was told that the room was on the first floor, in fact it was in the attic after 3 flights of stairs with only a small skylight in the roof that didn't open. Shower was clogged so could not have a reasonable shower or it would flood.

HI Colin really sorry to hear of some if the issues experienced - The beds are Queen UK size which are slightly narrower than a Standard Double (120 x 190 v 135 v 190) - Most of rooms are located on 2nd level unfortunately, but will certainly address the shower issue. The skylight should open with the pole provided to slide open, and will investigate this too.Again very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Good price, great location but tired rooms
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe main benefit to this accomodation was it's location, it was next door to the cathedral.
The corridor had an incredibly strong cigarette smoke smell which thankfully didn't leak into the room much, the room was a little tired, there was a crudely placed plaster trying to cover the green emergency light in the ceiling and the walls were thin as we could hear s a couple having a wonderful evening for hours.
Overall, it did the job, it was fairly clean, it had a bed and a fridge. Would I stay again? Probably not... Even for the great price!

A one-day stay in the middle of June.
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HotelsEmails before visiting were easy to follow. Given the price at the centre of Coventry, the cleanness and preparedness were both superb. Two sets of pillows and towels and many kitchen utensils were great.

Good location, basic accommodation

Good price for location (central) and facilities (mini kitchen)
Code to door didnt work, easily fixed with phonecall.
