Crufts Stay 2020
Publié le 9 mars 2020 sur HotelsWe found the hotel to be very comfortable. However the bathroom had a couple of small issues. The extractor fan was very noisy whilst on. Also there was no safety mat in the shower/bath which when in use was quite slippery. We raised this matter with reception at the time of our stay.

Great location

But the hotel is a little tired rooms decor and furnishings, although comfortable
It offers free parking and WiFi and the staff are welcoming and friendly
The breakfast is a buffet help yourself which offers plenty of choice

Thank you for your recent review. We are aware of the lack of wifi and problems with the water pressure both of which are due to our location. Thankfully, these are both being addressed by our owners along with a full refurbishment program

Exceptional value for money @ £79/room inc breakfast. The only downside was the room was quite cold at night and the spare blanket/quilt was a bit grubby plus the gym equipment was a bit dated.
