Points faibles : Propreté, service et personnel, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre.
Bad experience
A very unpleasant experience, beside the kindness of the staff (on the efficiency, let’s skip) and the free parking.
The structure is old and has been refurbished, but not too weel.
The room is very humid and if you need an adaptor for electricity it is available…but you have to pay 4 GBP and buy it!!!
The room itself loses a lot of space with a very long desk along all one wall. Two large chairs do not allow to pass correctly around the bed.
Do you want internet? Sometimes it works, a lot of times not and there are no convenient areas around the neighbourhood for at least 2 miles. And if they send someone to your room to repair, they make the mistake to go to another room.
Are you using the toilet? Not too much please because the water flush is not working very well, actually AT ALL. You have to open it, throw a lot of water and repair it yourself!
Then, do you need an early wake-up call? No problem. The workers in the nearby lot will start at 6.30 helping you to start your day in a perfect mood!!!
By the way, in case you have heavy luggage it is all your problem: not even a person opening the door for you.
Last but not least, no one is cleaning the room in the morning or in the afternoon. If you complain, they send someone…but this person leaves a dirty and wet rag near to your laptop.
