Good morning,
our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted.
When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. The clerk at the front desk was stubborn and did not want to accommodate our request. We wasted half an hour discussing the situation and the clerk remained closed at our request. It wasn't pleasant.

Very close to the Oak Mountain amphitheatre and nice restaurants! Staff was quite courteous!

Would not stay here again
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HotelsWe had a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke, there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, the floor was coming up from what looked like previous water damage. Overall condition and cleanliness was not good.

Wrongfully sought out payment
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur Hotelsthey tried to charge me for a night i did not stay, and the only reason we did not stay here was due to their lack of accommodation i will not book here again. I called to notify them that we would have a late check in and the clerk told me i would have to go ahead and pay for the night by giving her my cc info. If that’s the case i would have just paid the room in advance instead of waiting to get there and do the transaction in person. Common courtesy goes a very long way especially during these times.

Close to Oak Mountain Amphitheater. The hotel/room was a dump.
