My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while we were in town for a wedding. The WiFi wasn't great and the thermostat was super confusing. But overall we would definitely recommend this place!

Will never stay again.

Was not able to stay do to heat pump not working. Room was 64 degrees when we arrived. Was there approximately 50 minutes and had to leave. Apartment was 60 degrees when we left and AC would not cut off. Only cold air blowing. Daughter was already sick. No other rooms available until Tennessee because of hurricane victims from Florida. Had to drive back home 3 hours away. Contacting family attorney tomorrow. We deserve a full refund..

Guest arrived with a young teenager after the check-in window. Every effort was put forward to make him & her comfortable, however, he did not wait for the AC to work 1st Communication via phone 6:20 PM. Sent arrival instructions for the 2nd time to be helpful as you said you were driving. 1st arrival instructions were sent on October 10th @ 5:51 PM. Arrival - 10.11.24 9:42 PM 2nd Communication via text 9:51 PM 3rd Communication via phone 9:57 PM I woke up to answer the phone. Inquired about how to adjust the thermostat. Per the guest's request, I turned the auto to 73 degrees to expedite and assist. These instructions for the thermostat are available for guests in the Welcome Guide on your VRBO reservation. This includes notes on the expected 45-55 minutes for the AC unit to reach the preferred temperature. 4th Communication via text 10:02 PM Guest requested for the AC to be turned off. These instructions for the thermostat are available for guests in the Welcome Guide on your VRBO reservation. 5th & 6th Communication via phone 10:28 & 10:30 PM Requested for AC to be turned off. These instructions for the thermostat are available for guests in the Welcome Guide on your VRBO reservation. 7th Communication via text Leaving!!!! 8th Communication via text I am requesting a full refund. Guests sent or made 7 messages & calls in less than 60 minutes. The guest has full access to our welcome guide, which includes a quick search on how to work this thermostat.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. There was a hiccup with checking in but Krystal was in touch and had a solution in place. I was pleased with the property and the customer service provided by this host and would definitely stay again

Beautiful condo in BHAM!

My family & I stayed at this beautiful apartment for Samford Family weekend while we were visiting our older son. The apartment had a great location and while the building itself was a little rough looking on the outside, the condo was beautiful on the inside. It was clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing. It had a huge living room with large windows with a very nice view. It was nice having the two bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo when traveling with kids. I appreciated the coffee bar and cozy throws and blankets. I appreciated the affordability of the condo too. We would stay here again!

The property was located close to restaurants and shopping. The property was very clean. We will stay at this location again.

We had a great stay.

We loved the apartment. Super roomy, a/c was super cold, plenty of dishes, comfy couch, comfortable beds. Plenty of extras left for us to use such as trash bags, dish soap, washing machine pods, coffee, salt, pepper and other seasonings. The area was older and not exactly what I expected, but had a super good stay.

Comfortable, quiet, and spacious condo near Five Points. Clean, modern and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay again. Pool was a disappointment.
