The staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. We needed a late checkout and there was no hassle with making the request and it being given. We were given a bag with water and a small snack upon check in which came in handy since we were walking to appointments in the vicinity of the hotel. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. They presented a variety of breakfast items which began at 6:30am which allowed plenty of time to eat and freshen up before heading out for an early appointment. The only issue was that the elevator broke down and we had to walk up to the 4th floor. This was, however, out of the staff’s control and they were right on top of it ensuring the problem was resolved quickly. We would stay here again gladly the next time we’re in the Birmingham area.

Pool not working, only one elevator working, ice machine 3rd floor not working, refrigerator in room not working, no airport shuttle as was advertised.

I stayed at this hotel on 09/25/24 and it was a great stay room was nice and clean had no issues with nothing. I would stay there again

Staff very pleasant, always greeting you with a smile on their face. Their complimentary breakfast was fantastic as well with lots of options. We were in Birmingham to see a concert at Avondale Brewing Co which was a quick Uber ride from the hotel. Our 2nd time staying at that hotel and will definitely be going back again

We had to add an additional 3 days to our stay and the staff made it very easy and they were accommodating and sweet throughout the whole process

The service and room was nice but walking to room from elevator really needs cleaning and that was just our floor !! Wasn’t going to check others ! I’m not big fan of carpet in a public place especially if not cleaning everyday !! There should never be carpet in a public place where different ppl stay!! It holds all kinda germs bacteria and viruses!! No thanks !! Have 4 for staff and room size .
