No empathy and no refund
Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI was in Birmingham to be with my son in the hospital. He passed and we checked out on 9/17. The hotel would not refund us the two additional days because we prepaid and the manager to approve it was out of the country. I lost money and no one will assist us. Losing a child is hard enough and not to have any empathy, or someone to approve refunds, is a total shame and disgraceful!!!!
