Downgraded our room last minute and we had no WiFi installed in the unit they gave us so we didn’t have TV.
Had to call to get the QR code to get in.
Had to call again to get Latch to get in to the apartment
No hand towels in kitchen
No toiletries as stated in the ad
No clothes rod in the closet to hang clothes
No bar stools or table to eat at
No light bulb in bedroom lamp
I would have given this property a higher rating and truthfully property itself is great, but the issue is the communication received prior to arriving said parking permit would be located in the room upon arrival. It also said the attendant working would not be able to help us. It mentioned to use the elevators inside the building showing floors 16-28 (our floor was 25) those elevators were actually not turned on for use. We had to ask the attendant and she directed us to use another set of elevators in the same area labeled for certain floors. The elevators in the parking garage do not work either. Be prepare to take the stairs up and down. The communication states Without the parking permit you will be towed. Checked into the rental and made it to the room and there was no parking permit. Email gave specific instructions on who to contact with any issues. It never stated only to contact her Mon-Fri and considering we rented this unit for the weekend providing a guest a contact number for me to text or call proved to be useless on the weekend. We called customer support and she too was uncertain of the parking rules and went as far to say “oh you should be okay” to park anywhere. The tow truck driver will get out and review the video cameras to see if you typed in a code or used a scan code to get in the garage and your shouldn’t be towed. Very contradictory to what the email said. She said she would have the property manager contact me the next morning that never happen
The property is still under construction causing limited elevators, dust everywhere, no elevators in garage, the QR code is a pain, getting anything (food/groceries etc) is a pain. The view is spectacular, it was on the cheaper side to rent. Lots of people who appear to be on drugs around, especially in the park. Someone set off fireworks in the park one night, then ran away, so that was fun. Inside the apartment the decor is pleasant. The construction overall is poor (crooked outlets, bubbled tiles etc). I know construction is not the hosts fault but luxury isn’t quite the word, modest, newly constructed.

The property and the unit were great. We would definitely rent this property again.
On first entry the apartment was stunning. However there are small things that let it down when noticed. Filler in the wall that’s not been sanded down and repainted over, grout needing to be cleaned properly or replaced.
They’re only minor things but they let it down slightly.
There was also no hairdryer when it’s listed there would be that was inconvenient.
It was a beautiful place great place to stay I will definitely be booking there again. Thank you

Worst Hotel Stay Ever
Staff are direspectuful, prejudiced, rude and the make false allegations against visitors and guest. Worst experience Ive ever had while traveling! I would never recommend anyone to stay here! And im not just saying that, it was absolutely horrible!
The check in process was 2 hours I never received QR code. They need to be sure to add at least one roll of tissue to start and iron and ironing board. If it wasn’t for these things it would have been a 10/10. It had a beautiful view.
