We found a dead insect on our bed . We inform the staff who told us their is nothing she can do after several dispute she offered a smaller room for 2 were 3 was needed . It was very noisy loud music and too much smoking not good for kids even though they have a kids room .

Poor check in told me room was paid then rang me while I was out at midnight to pay over the phone lumpy mattress kettle in room no cups tea or coffee no bin small window overlooking a wall with the ground level with the window littered with takeaway boxes rotting food and makeshift ashtrays wish I had read the reviews.

Everything was fine except the window could not close, there were no curtains and I was bitten by bedbugs. Affordable price and great neighbourhood.

Avoid!! Dishonest

We booked as a quick stay during a week long work trip. We were expecting no frills however the room was beyond unpleasant. Wallpaper hanging off the wall, the window had clearly been open to clear the damp smell, the radiator was hanging off of the wall and something was moving on the bed. We went downstairs and appologised but said we simply couldn't stay and explained why. We were told they would cancel our stay on hotels.com so we didn't get charged.... they didn't... we then tried to contact them multiple times and raise a dispute but no luck. They took the money despite saying they would cancel and understood our reasons. Unpleasant!!
