Publié le 27 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came in for my brother's wedding and this house was perfect for our stay! There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room. The bathrooms were just enough to help us get ready. The basement was roomy. The owner is very particular, but rightfully so. I've rented out rv's before and people can be rough and tough to deal with. Call him the day before you arrive and follow his instructions and you will have a good stay. Did not have one issue whatsoever.

Thank you for your Five Star Review! LOL "Good Value" well that is an understatement! A whole house for less than half of a great hotel room in Birmingham. It is getting ready to be a good value at a higher price! And I bet you will return.

Samford Graduation weekend

The inside decor was very stylish and up to date. Owner was very clear on all instructions for his property. I highly recommend this property!

Family visit
Publié le 2 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home is located in a quiet area of Birmingham. While it is an older home, the owner has it tastefully decorated and the hardwood floors are just beautiful. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well furnished for all of our needs. The property manager was very thorough in his directions and it was nice to have verbal communication instead of an email. The property could use a deep clean as all homes need from time to time, but that is the only thing that caused me to give it less than a 5. Overall, this is is a great property and I will definitely request to stay here again in the future.

Great stay!
