There was an unforseen problem with our room, but we were provided with an alternative and staff did everything they could to get our stay back on track. Much appreciated - thanks

Not the best at all

Not a good hotel at all , carpets where thread bare and stained , we should of had breakfast but it was never mentioned at all , came back to the hotel at 11:30pm to find a random man bedding down for the night in the bar , staff unhelpful as we asked about transport to the Utilita arena and they didn’t even know what it was never mind how to get there and it was only 3 mile away, my partner asked for a glass of wine when we got there and was given a very dirty glass , they had off street parking but you have to drive up a kerb to get in it and our car is low to the ground so we had to park on the road , would definitely not go back

The staff was friendly but at night people are loud and making noise in the hallways and the room is tiny af, tv remote wouldn't work and they didn't inform me i had to order my next days breakfast the night before... in the mornings no one attending the front cause they have no bell to ring for service so I stand there until somebody decides to check the front.

Just over 30 mins walk from bullring shopping mall. Staff very welcoming and so helpful, thank you for all your help.

The staff were excellent and very helpfull, They were very down to earth.
