Perfect stay at the Spires!
Reception team emailed well in advance with check in instructions and checked we had everything to self check in on arrival over the weekend. We arrived just after 2pm and staff were brilliant looking after us until the keys were ready.
Apartment space is faultless - 10 minute walk from New Street, 2 mins to the Mailbox and 5 mins to o2 academy. The location was central and super quiet and the flat had everything needed including complimentary tea, coffee, milk and toiletries plus hairdryer.
Will stay again!

Apartments ok, bit worn but big and location good for central Birmingham

The apartment was close to the Mailbox, that was a plus. Location was great and very clean.
Climbing the steep stairs with suitcases was a challenge but I would definitely stay there again.
